Summer
By Adam Simon - January 24th 2010 10:59 am

Since the release of their debut album Little Bit Rusty in 2005, The Sunny Cowgirls have become one of Australia's most successful country music acts. Their fourth album Summer, produced by Graham Thompson, carries forward every beloved character trait of all three preceding Sunny Cowgirls albums and shows a growth that any fan of these unique, charming and acutely entertaining national treasures would expectand a whole lot more.
The lyrics of sisters Sophie & Celeste Clabburn make you smile warmly or laugh out loud. They write stories about life in Australia with extraordinary freshness and deliver them in a musical setting of Australian accents, catchy tunes, great harmonies and kick-arse rhythms.
